I am a BACP Accredited therapist with over 20 years experience in private practice. I initially trained in Psychodynamic and Group Analytic Psychotherapy, with a special interest in Attachment Theory. I have previously worked in the statutory, voluntary and private inpatient and outpatient devices.i aim to work collaboratively with individuals and couples in a client centred and respectful manner. I have many connections with Psychiatrists, so can help if medications are required. I also have connections with Addiction and Trauma centres in the U.K. and overseas. I practice from luxurious Consulting Rooms close to Sloane Square
I offer short or long term work depending on the needs or availability of both individuals or couples. I have a particular focus on Attachment Theory, so I aim to help everybody improve all of their relationships. I also sat on the board of The Federation of Drug and Alcohol Professionals for 9 years, so have a deep understanding of addiction problems.
In a first session some details will be taken, which comply with the Data Protection Act. Confidentiality is paramount. All work is underpinned by the BACP code or ethics. My aim is to explore with you in a highly empathetic way the possibilities of working together in a respectful way.
