I am a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Mental and Emotional Release Therapy and Hypnotherapy. I am also Certified in Counselling Skills with COSCA. Currently, I am a Student of Solution focussed Hypnotherapy. I help clients that feel "stuck", or have issues with past trauma, phobias and anxiety. I can also work with Narcissistic Abuse, sometimes called CPTSD, as I have been in a co-dependent relationship, which got me on my personal development journey. If I can thrive afterwards, so can you. I live in Glasgow, Scotland but happy to work with clients worldwide online.
I can help you identify your mental and emotional baggage: those mental and emotional blocks that are holding you back or creating problems for you. I then help you release them quickly with Mental and Emotional Release Therapy and other techniques. I can also help with cravings, self-sabotage, smoking, weight loss, confidence, insomnia and more.
I grew up in Glasgow. I obtained a degree in Physics and worked in Engineering and IT. I was always stuck for some reason. This culminated in codependency with a narcissist, losing my wealth, sense of self-worth and my career. I found answers in iNLP from Dr Matt James and went on to qualify in Counselling and now studying Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.
