My name is Rob Hewes and I provide appropriate therapy or coaching that you need and in a confidential, warm and safe environment. I have now spent nearly 20 years in intense training and development as have experience working with clients in a variety of settings. I am an integrative therapist, drawing skills and experience from various therapeutic approaches. I provide: Psychotherapeutic Counselling. Therapeutic Counselling Supervision. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Clinical Hypnotherapy. NLP Coaching.
I work with clients through a range of issues and goals and according to each clients needs. Would you like to change the way you think and feel? or how you react and behave in various situations? Perhaps you have unresolved issues that are holding you back. I work with short term solution focused Counselling, CBT and Coaching as well as long term therapy.
I approach each client equally and work closely with them through there own transformational journey. I provide one to one individual counselling, as well as couples Counselling for relationships. I have provided Counselling and therapy services for the NHS, Nottingham Trent University, ITV Studios and many EAP services. Im also a Clinical Supervisor.
