I specialise in trauma, anxiety and identity, including LGBTQIA+ experience, though I'm not limited to these. I offer sessions from a quiet, private annexe overlooking the South Downs near Midhurst, or securely online — across Sussex, Hampshire and beyond. No advice, no fixing, just fifty minutes that belong to you. I hold a Diploma in Humanistic Counselling (Chichester Uni), and I'm fully supervised, DBS-checked and insured, working to the BACP Ethical Framework.
