My training combined psychodynamic methods (listening to subconscious drives and patterns) with the humanistic (providing ideal conditions for your unique psychological growth) and existential approaches (your whole being)
For years in the NHS I have fostered growth using Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy and Stress Reduction, Person Centred, Emotion Focused and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques, and in Chaplaincy I practise counselling skills and provide psycho-spiritual support and reflection in acute, mental health and palliative care settings.
