I have extensive experience of working with adults of all ages, backgrounds and circumstances, and this, in tandem with my wide and deep range of life experiences and extensive counselling training, helps clients explore and, hopefully, find a way through what it is that has led them to seek counselling.
I offer confidential, empathic, and non-judgemental support for both in the long- and short-term, whether through face-to-face sessions in my home, online or on the phone, or even outdoors walking and talking on Wimbledon Common.
Rest assured, from the outset, you will be heard and acknowledged as a person in your own right.
I will try to help you uncover what drives your behaviours, which are mostly shaped by our experiences, and your concerns, and to find a way of living that is more authentic for you. I specialise in trauma, abuse in all its forms, PTSD, bereavement and living loss, addictive behaviours, anxiety, fear, and control, and all types of relationship difficulties.
I absolutely recognise that therapy can be a painful process and it may take a courage you may not know you possess, even to reach out.
