There are lots of reasons why someone might consider therapy; it could be due to anxiety, depression, the breakdown of a relationship, bereavement, the loss of a job, or a nagging feeling that something does not feel quite right.
I am here to provide you with a safe, confidential space where you can feel supported in your journey of self-exploration, allowing you to process your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, hopes, and fears. I believe that through therapy we can gain insight and understand ourselves better, which can be life changing. I also offer affordable, low-cost therapy, and each 50-minute session is £40.00
My approach to psychotherapy is relational-integrative, which means that I believe the most important part of therapy is our relationship, serving as a way of better understanding the relationships in your life and with yourself. I also draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to help give personal meaning to your experience.
I am dedicated to providing anti-oppressive, culturally sensitive, and ethical practice.
I offer both short and long-term counselling and psychotherapy, which is weekly and in-person. We can have a 15-minute initial online session, which is an opportunity to ask any questions and to explore how we might work together.
