I offer affirming support to help you feel more grounded, understood, and in control of your life again.
I offer counselling for adults, young people (10+), the neurodiverse, LGBTQ+, those navigating trauma, anxiety, or low mood. My work is affirming, person-centred, and trauma-wise, with a dash of advanced CBT to help manage everyday stress. I offer face-to-face sessions in Shepperton Surrey and Ascot Berkshire, and also work remotely by Zoom / phone.
