Trauma-Wise, ADHD / Autism, and LGBTQIA+ Counsellor available on Mondays (limited), and Thursday and Friday PM and evenings, for face to face sessions in Ascot or via Zoom / Phone. I'm trained and experienced in helping young people (11+) and adults who are struggling with their mental health. I’m also an experienced Schools Counsellor, a role I muchly enjoy. I use a very person centred approach helping you to feel welcome in our therapy rooms on Ascot High Street. Let's team up to help you process what you are going through and if required, I’ll throw in a dash of advanced CBT coping skills to help you stay grounded and centred. I can help with anxiety, depression, PTSD, gender and sexuality, BDD and more.
