As a transpersonal psychotherapist, I hold you internally, seeing the endless possibilities that life has to offer. I will listen, not judge and support you to explore your depths.
I like to be transparent and so I will say I don't have this all figured out. I will always be on my own journey and quest for truth, learning and connection. This is something I use to journey alongside you, as a remembering of the fear and worry that can arise - I too still feel it sometimes! But together, I believe much is possible.
