I am an experienced BACP accredited relationship therapist with 19 years of clinical practice experience working with Individuals, couples and families with relationship-based issues. They may have difficulty with communication; conflict resolution; separation; attachment; infidelity and mental health, amongst others. They need an experienced accredited professional using a safe, secure, evidenced-based approach. This enables them to explore their material in confidence whilst gaining core insight and tools.
I offer a safe space to explore complex relationship issues, based on 18 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples and families. I enable meaningful change through the development of improved communication skills, advanced self-awareness and core psychological tools, which help the people I work with to move forwards.
I understand that it takes courage to contact a therapist when you're hurt and vulnerable, at a time when your relationship, family and home life may be in crisis.
