Hi, I'm Krissy. I run a small therapy practice, Riverlands Therapy, in Vic Ryn, on the outskirts of Lisburn. At Riverlands Therapy we offer counselling and psychotherapy for a broad range of issues, including anxiety, stress, depression, grief and dealing with life's challenges generally. We also offer specialist therapy for porn and sex addiction and somatic trauma therapy. One of our therapists can also offer specialised christian counselling. We currently work with individuals aged 16 or over. I know that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve been carrying things on your own for a long time.

General therapy - People often come to therapy because they are carrying things from the past, worrying about the future, or finding the present day hard. All of our therapists are fully qualified and experienced in supporting clients in learning tools and techniques for making the here and now feel more manageable, as well as in exploring the past.

Somatic trauma therapy- Many of us experienced things in our past which were overwhelming. Even when we don't think about these things, our body remembers, and can struggle to feel safe in our present. Somatic therapy works with our body to find safety. Porn/sex addiction therapy - Structured therapy addressing behaviours that impact quality of life.

Generalised therapy sessions are £60 before 5pm or £65 from 5pm onwards. Somatic therapy is £75 per session. Porn and sex addiction therapy is currently priced at £65 (whilst in training), rising to £75 in August 26.
