Mental Health does not have a colour and apply my integrative practice across a broad spectrum however, I acknowledge the complexities marginalized social groups experience and my specialism amongst my varied expertise is working with individuals and couples from marginalized backgrounds 18-75 - Issues include; racial identity, racism, microaggression, oppression, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. Work with guided self-help material within a 6 - 10 session time frame. I provide a safe and confidential space digitally and in person allowing you to reflect on your inner thoughts in peace and without judgement.
I provide a therapeutic setting with non-directive and goal-orientated approaches. I work from a basis of establishing rapport through applying the core conditions my speciality is working with Anxiety and Depression, and culturally sensitive counselling.
I am a counsellor who is non-judgmental and who provides understanding and respect to individual needs by entering their inner world and seeing the world through their eyes and understanding their perspective. They could be themselves in this space where they can feel safe and have space to clarify how they feel or just to be still without any pressure.
