Do you often feel there’s a constant inner critic telling you what to do or you find yourself putting others’ needs first or worried how others judge you? Many of us have experienced emotional neglect in the past or may have been bullied and these experiences can create negative beliefs about ourselves that tell us that we are not good enough. I have helped many clients who have struggled with these negative feelings and helped them gain a new sense of self worth and confidence. By working together we can find ways to help you feel better about yourself so you can create the life and the relationships that you deserve.

I am an Integrative person-centred counsellor which means that I can work from several different perspectives depending upon what your issues are. I also use something called ‘Focussing’ as a way for you to become more in tune with your feelings and also techniques such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and Mindfulness to help with negative mindsets.
If you feel your inner critic is affecting you and your relationships, I can offer you a confidential space where we can explore that part of you and how it impacts on your wellbeing and confidence. Call or email me, and I would be happy for us to talk, free of charge, about your issues and the possibility of hope and working together.
