I work with people who have carried difficult experiences alone for a long time and are ready for change. You may appear to cope on the outside while internally feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in painful patterns.I work with anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, and life transitions in a neuro affirming and trauma-informed way. Together, we create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, understand their impact, and develop healthier, more compassionate ways of moving forward.
I’m an integrative counsellor and NLP trainer working with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, and major life changes. My work is trauma-informed and neuro affirming, tailored to each client. I also offer Rewind Therapy, a gentle and effective approach that can help reduce or eliminate distressing flashbacks linked to traumatic memories.
