I offer an initial consultation, which is also an opportunity to assess whether my style of working is for you. My aim is to help individuals and couples address the causes of their problems, reduce symptoms and move forward in life. I can work with most adult mental health issues , and I specialise in Borderline personality disorder/EUPD, Trauma, and PTSD.
I am Director of Rutland House Counselling and Psychotherapy Ltd which hosts a team of therapists that I work with. I have over 15 years’ experience of working as a Psychotherapist and Counsellor in the voluntary, educational, corporate and private sectors. My practice can offer sessions from £30-£125 enabling assistance to those on lower income.
I can genuinely say I really love the job I do and feel very passionate about my profession, and most importantly I know therapy is an effective method for positive change. I am a qualified clinical Supervisor which enables me to supervise the clinical practice of both trainees and experienced counsellors/Psychotherapists.

I run a weekly online DBT skills group on Tuesdays 11am-12:30pm- maximum 12 clients and 2 DBT therapists. Covering Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills. This is Part of the DBT program we offer to those with BPD/EUPD/ Emotional Dysregulation
