I am a therapist with an MA In Philosophy from the University of Amsterdam. I trained at the Psychosynthesis Trust in London, which is a Transpersonal form of therapy; grounded in psychodynamic therapy, but also accepting of the more mystical, metaphysical side of life. I also work as a Contributing Editor at The Institute of Art and Ideas and the HowTheLightGetsIn festival – the world’s largest philosophy and music festival.
Areas I work with: Mental distress, Depression, Anxiety, Existential crisis, …but whatever you’re dealing with, I will endeavour to do what I can. Areas of interest: Psychedelic therapy and integration – I do not trip-sit or provide any substances. Philosophical therapy.
