I am a person-centred counsellor who believes deeply in the healing power of being truly heard. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, low self-worth, and the effects of trauma. I currently practice within a domestic abuse charity and am undertaking advanced training in trauma at Level 5.
My approach is warm, compassionate and collaborative. As a person-centred counsellor I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where the client can begin to reconnect with yourself.
