My belief is that getting better through positive change and understanding is the aim of good therapy. Being able to share and process your inner thinking and emotional problems with a non judgemental person is key to recovery. My job as your counsellor is to provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore, work through and understand your inner issues.
I counsel both young people (11+) and adults in both short and long term work. My main areas of work are Addiction, Trauma, Abuse, Sexual Abuse, Domestic Abuse, Substance Abuse, Anxiety, Depression and Obsessive Thinking.
I have over ten years experience in working with dysfunctional behaviour and emotional issues. I have been in private practice since 2018 as a UKCP Registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. In addition to my Degree i am also a trained Freedom Programme Facilitator and recently trained in the Rewind Technique for treating Trauma and Phobias.
