I'm an experienced Counselling Psychologist, Integrative Psychotherapist and EMDR practitioner. I provide a confidential and non-judgemental space to explore whatever is troubling you, at a pace that you feel comfortable with. Therapy is a collaborative process which aims to increase awareness and understanding of your thoughts, emotions and behaviours, and to identify and tackle obstacles that are stopping you from living the life you want to live. Therapy can help to develop and harness the necessary resources in order to make desired changes in your life.
The process and focus of therapy is different for everyone, as no two people are the same. As an Integrative Psychotherapist I draw on a number of different therapeutic approaches, which enables me to work flexibly, to use my knowledge and skills to focus on your unique needs and goals.
