Therapy can help to develop and harness the necessary resources in order to make desired changes in your life.
The process and focus of therapy is different for everyone, as no two people are the same. As an Integrative Psychotherapist I draw on a number of different therapeutic approaches, which enables me to work flexibly, to use my knowledge and skills to focus on your unique needs and goals.
