In my practice, I embrace an integrative approach to counselling, which draws upon a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, person-centred and psychodynamic theory. Rather than adhering rigidly to a singular theory, I have recognised the value of incorporating different approaches to best tailor your specific needs.
