With over 13 years of clinical experience in the NHS psychiatric sector, I have worked extensively with individuals facing severe trauma, abuse, neglect, and a wide range of complex mental health challenges. My focus has always been to provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive space in which clients can begin to make sense of their inner world and move toward healing and growth. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I am a registered member of both the BACP and the UKCP. I work in full accordance with their ethical frameworks.
With experience in both psychotherapy and the psychiatric impact of medications, I bring a well-rounded perspective to the therapeutic process. This is especially valuable in supporting individuals with complex mental health needs, allowing me to adapt each session to your unique circumstances and help you develop sustainable strategies.
I have dedicated my life, both before and throughout my work with Londinium Psychotherapy, to walking alongside people through the darkest chapters of their lives — times when hope feels distant, and they may feel lost, isolated, or overwhelmed.
