About
Hi there! It can be really hard making this first step to finding a counsellor who's right for you. I'm a fully-qualified and BACP registered counsellor who works with individuals online or via telephone. If you are looking for help with anxiety, thinking disorders such as OCD, bereavement, issues around sexuality and gender, drop me a line and we can chat about how I can help.
I am a warm, empathetic counsellor who believes the client is the expert on their own lives. I put the client at the centre of how I work and seek to work collaboratively with them. I use my training and experience to create a strong therapeutic relationship which is the most powerful way to create change in your life.
I'm happy to have a brief chat and explain more about how I work and how I can help.
