Hello — I’m Richard Lee, a compassionate and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist working in Bromley and Fitzrovia. I work closely with adults navigating life’s heavier challenges — especially anxiety, depression, trauma (including developmental trauma) and addiction — offering a safe, confidential and genuinely supportive space to talk, heal and grow. I draw on a breadth of experience gained from working at the Priory Hospital, my current role at the Nightingale Hospital, and in private practice. What brings me most satisfaction professionally is seeing clients gain insight and build resilience in their life.
