Hi, my name is Richard. I help people understand themselves, express themselves, and feel better in themselves. The work can be emotionally deep so I like to keep things lighthearted and informal.
Since 2002 I have experienced, studied, and practiced many forms of therapy including NLP, metaphor therapy, hypnotherapy, psychedelic plant medicines, and empathic energy work. I seek to integrate what works into an approach that is deeply spiritual while also being grounded and practical.
