Are you experiencing difficulties in negotiating challenging life events? Are you struggling with long standing problems that impact your mental health or your relationships with others? Are you trying to make sense of bewildering emotions that sometimes seem out of control or seem difficult to connect with? Are you looking to develop a greater fuller sense of yourself and who you are and how you relate to others?
I am a Group Analyst, Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and Counsellor, working in the NHS and in private practice. 20 years of experience in therapy groups and in individual therapy, plus my own therapy, has taught me the value of the therapy setting in helping us to deepen our relationships with our inner lives, to enrich our connections with others
Psychotherapy and use of the therapy relationship starts with the spoken word, even when we don't quite know where to begin. Therapy is an enriching way to explore ourselves in a safe and confidential relationship, where you will feel respected and listened to, giving you a space to think and feel. Contact for a no-commitment chat and see what's possible

Group Analytic Psychotherapy

Group Analytic Psychotherapy is a powerful model of psychotherapy which emphasises the group as space for individuals to join to explore and work through difficulties and distress with the help of a group analyst. Fundamentally, Group Analytic Psychotherapy holds that our relationships, our interconnectedness with one another and our families, and social and historical contexts are crucial in understanding and working through the deepest distresses and patterns that hold us back. The forming of strong relationships in the safe and confidential setting of the group is the basis of working through emotional and relationship difficulties and to a greater sense of self-understanding.
