I work with couples that have heard about the benefits EFT - Emotionally Focussed Couples Therapy. It's an effective approach to help couples reconnect and understand the repetative communication patterns t. It's more that 'just talking' . It helps you communicate clearly and connect on a heart level so you can say to each other what matters. I manage each session, listen to you so both feel understood and guide you through the process of understanding your feelings and patterns so you can reconnect together and feel emotionally secure in your relationship.
I primarly work with infidelity , arguments, distance/withdrawal patterns, sexual desire in both new and established relationships. I see many couples on zoom which works suprisingly well. I also offer face to face sessions. Couple sessions are £110 for 70 minutes.
