Hi - I work with many different issues including anxiety, bereavement, bullying, coercive control, confidence, depression, grief, LGBTQ+ identity, relationships, sexuality & stress. I have much experience of working with individuals who identify as LGBTQ+. I welcome any enquiries, regardless of gender or sexuality. My therapy is a way for you to gain a better understanding of your life within a safe, non-judgmental online space. It can help you to move forwards with a much clearer mind and to gain more perspective over what's going on for you. It can help you to feel more in control of your life, and more empowered to make changes.
Through therapy with me, we will work together to identify what is causing you pain. I will be alongside you as you will have the space to talk about what is the source of your suffering, and how to find a way forward. I offer talking therapy so you will have the opportunity to talk about whatever you like in a safe online space, free of judgement.
I'm considered to be friendly and approachable. I offer a complimentary 15-minute introductory session and there's no obligation after that. If you do decide to work with me sessions are 50 minutes and we'd explore any issues affecting you, in-depth and at your pace. Counselling can be life-changing. Please get in touch if you would like anymore information.
