About
Hi and welcome to my page. I offer both long and short term counselling. Having spent over thirty years working London’s financial districts I understand the difficulties of maintaining a healthy work/life balance and the effects of work stress on anxiety levels and mental health. I think of counselling as aiming to alleviate distress from overwhelming emotions caused by anxiety trauma or loss. Do get in touch if that fits with your needs.
I work holistically, reflecting on my clients’ history and present circumstances. Having trained as an Integrative Counsellor I tailor an individual approach with each of my clients by drawing from a variety of therapy models. I focus on your agenda and issues that you want help with.
The most important element of counselling is the relationship between the counsellor and client and I aim to provide a calm, compassionate atmosphere of unconditional acceptance to help work through issues at a pace that suits you. You are welcome to call and talk through why you are exploring the idea of counselling without obligation of any kind.
