Dealing with the fundamental challenges of life can be difficult; work, family, relationships, anxieties, depression and many other issues that can have a detrimental impact on your well-being. Reaching out for therapy is the start of your journey and together we will address those issues. I will support you along the way to realise the harmony and contentment you so deserve. My purpose is to steer you to a place where you can feel at ‘one’ within yourself and your world, making sense of your experiences, and recognising how your interaction with others impacts not only what you feel, but importantly the way you respond.
I take an eclectic approach, utilising a variety of therapeutic approaches to identify and challenge your beliefs and behaviours. How you are 'now' is crucial, and we will resolve the fundamental obstacles that exist, reflecting upon childhood experience, and recognising how past encounters can result in dysfunctional responses causing anxiety and trauma.
I have worked for over 2 years at a domestic abuse refuge with clients facing physical and emotional violence, legacy issues of self-worth, trauma, anxiety, guilt, grief, and relationship challenges affecting family, future partners, and friendships. Prior to this I was employed as a business support manager and union rep, ideal experience to support clients
