My therapy is integrative and relational; there’s no “one-size-fits-all.” I draw on Psychodynamic, Existential, Attachment, CBT, Gestalt, Humanistic, and somatic theories to explore your story, gently untangle old patterns, and support new, healthier ways of relating.
As I started with, you don’t need to have everything figured out before coming. The first session is about creating a safe, non-judgemental space where you can bring whatever’s troubling you and begin to feel supported to untangle what's going on. Together, we’ll decide whether short or long-term therapy suits your needs.
