About

I am a qualified Therapist with over 6 years of experience working within the substance misuse & mental health sector. The key to my work with clients is the belief that, through a psychotherapeutic relationship, we can gain insights into our patterns of behaviour. Working relationally, we can explore the possibility of change and begin to think of alternative positions that can move towards a more compassionate, and fulfilled version of ourselves. As I am currently in full training as a Transactional Analyst, I'm offering a reduced rate to clients seeking Psychotherapy.
Through my training at the University of South Wales in Pluralistic Therapy, I have been afforded the capability to work eclectically with clients. I'm a member of the BACP and a Trainee member of the UK council for Psychotherapists (UKCP), my background allows me to draw from a different range of therapies to support clients needs and achieve goals.
My therapeutic practice is client-centred, offering a non-judgemental, caring, confidential and supportive way of working. I have completed the intensive Dialectical Behaviour Therapy group skills facilitator training, giving me insight and a robust skill set to work effectively with clients with personality disorders and other mental health complexities.
