I have 15 years experience in working with adults, couples, and young people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—often due to anxiety, low self-worth, relationship struggles, family tension, or neurodiversity. My work approach offers a safe, non-judgmental space to feel heard, make sense of life experiences, and find better ways to cope or connect. Whether navigating personal identity, communication breakdowns, or emotional overwhelm, I help my clients find clarity, strength, and lasting change—not just quick fixes, but deeper understanding and confidence.
I believe in each client’s potential to grow, heal, and thrive—even through life’s hardest moments. My core focus is on helping clients build the capacity to face challenges, develop awareness and emotional strength, and create meaningful, lasting change from within.
