Welcome to my page. I am a Registered BAP Person-Centred counsellor, offering long term or short term counselling to adults and young people from 10 years upwards. My commitment to clients is offering a confidential, non-judgmental therapeutic space exploring any difficulties or anxieties that are present - I work with a range of present issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and have experience in many settings such as bereavement/pre-bereavement, schools, and have a keen interest in Autism/ADHD, specifically women and girls.
I provide an initial 30 minute session to meet with you, see if we are the right fit, and find out what you are hoping to gain from our sessions. This is important so I can understand your expectations of counselling. We can work either face to face, online or by phone - home visits can also be arranged to ensure accessibility.
You may be at a point in your life where you would like emotional support beyond the scope of family and friends, overwhelmed by lots of difficult thoughts and feelings or trying to make sense of experiences or events that have happened in your life. Or you could be a parent that is struggling, and looking for someone to work with your child or adolescent.
