I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist registered with Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and offer services to individuals, couples and families remotely. I have over a decade of experience in providing therapy and supporting many clients across the world. And have experience of working within the mental health services and private practice in Australia, as well as private practice in France and the UK. This experience includes specialised techniques for helping children, adolescents, families, adults, as well as couples’ therapy.
I have extensive experience in online therapy and over recent months have helped many individuals adjust to COVID-related issues during these testing times in the UK, Australia, Europe and Asia. I use a tailored humanistic approach including techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
As well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Brief Therapy, and Family and Strategic Therapy. I have extensive experience in helping those with non-neurotypical challenges, such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder and sensory processing issues including various forms of eating disorders.
