Hello and thank you for visiting my profile! I can offer support with many different issues, whether there has been a recent change in your mental health, or you have been struggling with something for a long time. I have a wide range of experience providing psychological therapy in various settings including primary care within the NHS, higher education, and third-sector organisations. I have experience supporting people experiencing difficulties around pregnancy, birth and becoming a parent. I also have experience working with those affected by health issues such as cancer.
I take a collaborative approach to therapy, working together with my clients to find the best way forward for them. My core therapeutic models are Person-Centred and Experiential Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I also use elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy.
I am a warm and compassionate practitioner who provides a safe and non-judgemental space for therapy. My approach centres around providing the right conditions for you to understand your experience and connect with what’s important to you in your life.
