I offer embodied, relational psychotherapy. My aim is to nourish a felt sense of wholeness, and support your growth in the here-and-now. I have expertise in recovery from abuse, gender and sexuality, transitions and crisis, and integration of psychedelic, spiritual and extraordinary experience. I am committed to anti-oppressive practice, affirming of trans experience, knowledgeable in issues of gender, sexual and relationship diversity (GSRD), and work with the difference that makes you who you are.

I draw from rich traditions in psychology, mythology, ecology, spirituality, and the arts, as well as my own life experience. My intention is to equip you with the tools and the confidence to become the artist of your own life. I sit on the advisory board of psychedelic welfare charity PsyCare UK, and host their podcast Frontiers in Harm Reduction.

I offer a free online 30 minute introductory meeting, where we can get a feel for each other and explore the possibility of working together. The power of therapy rests on the relationship that we are able to build together – it's important that you feel like I'm the right therapist for you.

My main training is in Gestalt Psychotherapy, an approach that focuses on the here-and-now embodied experience of the whole person - thoughts, feelings, imagination, posture, sensations, imagery, history, choices, dreams, gestures...
