Hi, I'm Rhian, a person-centred therapist. You may be considering therapy because you're feeling overwhelmed, down, or stuck. Or perhaps you’re listening to your gut instinct that life could be better. I welcome whatever you bring and we can start from wherever you are and at your pace. I'll prioritize making you feel safe & appreciated with me - as when we feel safe and valued, we can really tune into ourselves and use therapy to learn a better helping relationship to ourselves.

I'm a registered member of the BACP. I hold a degree in Person-Centred Counselling; and the BACP's specialist qualification in online & phone therapy. I'm experienced in counselling online and in person. As well as my private practice, I provide counselling on a voluntary basis for a charity supporting clients recovering from alcohol and drug dependency.
