If you're in your late 20s or 30s juggling a career, friendships, and the non-stop pressure of life, you know that sometimes it feels like you're just getting by. But deep down, you know you're capable of so much more. Maybe you feel like your past experiences are holding you back. Trauma doesn't have to be a lifelong label. My practice is built on the belief that your darkest moments don't define your potential. Healing isn't about erasing what happened, it's about reclaiming your future. My goal is to help you feel more grounded in your body and in your life. You’re the expert on your life, but I'm here as your guide.

I specialise in working with adults who are struggling following one or more traumatic events, including survivors of sexual violence, rape, childhood abuse, complex PTSD and women’s issues helping them to feel safer in their bodies.

I believe that therapy is a partnership, where trust and openness are fundamental for meaningful progress. As a counsellor, I am dedicated to fostering a warm, supportive environment that allows clients to always feel heard and valued.
