We are all unique individuals. I see people who suffer from anxiety, depression, addictions, relationship difficulties and trauma as well as other difficulties. I will aim to help you make sense of what is currently going on for you and then to set goals or a way forward.. I believe that clients need to experience compassion and kindness as well as often, a structured way of working with specific difficulties. If structure is less of a goal and need, I aim to provide a settling in which trust is foremost and so creating a safe space to talk about difficult emotions.
