I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and have good clinical experience treating PTSD, social anxiety, and depression. Although people with these conditions feel stuck and overwhelmed, there is hope! I use a collaborative, non-judgemental CBT approach to understand what’s maintaining the difficulties and help build practical, lasting coping strategies. I begin with a focused assessment, help clients identify clear goals for therapy, and meet weekly to work towards their goals.
