Living in a body in the world is no easy ride and we inevitably face experiences that are difficult to process which can lead to a wide range of negative consequences. Counter-intuitively, if we dare to explore these areas of our inner world, accompanied by a skilful guide, we can grow and deepen into qualities and capacities that have been constrained.
IFS is an evidence-based trauma therapy that has been proven to be effective in the resolution of symptoms associated with multiple kinds of trauma. It is one very few therapeutic modalities that recognises the transcendent, divine essence of who we all are and works with the innate healing intelligence present in all of us that is an expression of that.
It is such a big step to reach out to a stranger for support to explore the most difficult and vulnerable areas of our inner life. I offer a reduced rate 60 minute introductory session so that you can get a sense of whether I am a 'good fit'.
