Sometimes the ways we’ve always handled things just aren't enough. You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed anxious, depressed, stressed, or are simply disconnected from the person you want to be – but you don’t have to navigate those feelings alone. My approach is rooted in the confidence that you have what it takes to adapt and overcome the challenges facing you. I won’t offer "quick fixes" or give you a label; instead, I offer a non-judgmental space in which you can examine your experiences openly and productively.
I help people experiencing a wide range of difficulties. In particular, I'm interested in Anxiety & Depression, Loss & Life Changes, Career Transitions, Men & Masculinity, Working with Carers, Relationship Difficulties, and Belonging & Expat Experiences.
Together and at your own pace, we’ll develop a plan for therapy based on your needs and goals, unpack how your experiences have shaped you, and work to strengthen your trust in yourself. All along the way, I’ll be there to support you as you move toward a life where you feel more present, more resilient, and more in tune with the “you” you want to be.
