My integrative training across therapy and coaching enables me to help clients gain an understanding and awareness of what has shaped their thoughts and behaviors and to build strategies to move forward in a more resourceful and sustainable way.
The different therapies offered can make a decision on what is best for you bewildering. I believe that no one therapy fits all and that is why I have qualified as an integrative therapist.
