My name is Kerry I am a counsellor in LN5 Lincoln and I pride myself on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s on your mind. I am committed to helping people face life’s challenges and gain understanding. I have experience supporting those with anxiety and am especially passionate about helping women through perimenopause, offering a safe space to navigate emotional and physical shifts. Counselling provides a safe space to pause, reflect, and find clarity.
We rarely feel truly heard in life and I see my role as allowing you a space that is just for you to feel heard, accepted and understood as I believe this is when meaningful change can happen.
