I’m a BACP registered counsellor based in Guildford town centre, offering therapy for teenagers (14+), young adults, professionals, and parents. I work from a comfortable and confidential private counselling room just a short walk from Guildford High Street and Guildford mainline railway station. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. I offer a calm, supportive space to explore what’s going on at your own pace, without judgement or pressure.
Alongside general counselling, I have a particular experience in supporting: teenagers and young adults; professionals managing stress and burnout; parents balancing work, relationships, and family pressures; clients navigating identity, self-esteem, anxiety, and life transitions.
Sessions are tailored to you. After a 15-minute introductory call, I usually invite clients to a 50-minute assessment session to explore your difficulties in more depth and see if we’re a good fit.
