Working on a client-led basis I believe the unique client-therapist working relationship is the key to a positive experience where the collaborative work offers insight and deeper understanding of our true needs and desires. I will help you become more aware of unhelpful patterns in your life and support you through the process of change that can sometimes feel challenging and lonely. With a focus on supporting clients through transitional stages in life, recognising the struggle but also the potential in personal growth, I wish to encourage your own process with respect for your values, beliefs and choices.
My work aims to support you in developing an understanding of what makes you the person you are and how you respond to life, relationships and yourself. It encourages a more self-supportive view of your own unique being through self-examination in an honest and trusting dialogue.
