I support individuals and couples through a range of sexual challenges and interests aiming at enhancing pleasure, improving sex life and relationships. Working together, we’ll explore what’s behind the difficulties you’re experiencing. Feelings of shame, guilt and fear can be common. I offer empathetic, open-minded, and non-judgmental support while exploring strategies to manage your challenges. The main issues I can help with are difficulties related to performance anxiety, painful sex, vaginismus, sexual desire, erections, ejaculation, sexuality and gender expression, alternative sexual preferences, compulsivities and more.
I have vast experience in supporting clients struggling through trauma and sexual abuse. Currently, I work with sex and relationship issues. My therapy approach is based on sexology studies, evidence-based talking therapy & somatic principles of bringing awareness to the body. I draw on elements of ISTDP, an approach that helps you connect with emotions.
In our work together, we will focus on an evidence-based approach to enhance your sex life, whether this means recognising your own needs and boundaries, working on communication with your partner, or reconnecting with your body's sensations. Our goal is to work towards fulfilling relationships and a satisfying life!
