Hi, I'm Renae. I am here to offer you a calm, supportive space where you can feel heard without judgment. Life can be overwhelming- whether your navigating anxiety, low mood, past trauma, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck. Whatever you are facing, I believe in the strength it takes to reach out, and will be here alongside you as we explore your story at your pace. My approach is compassionate, down-to earth and tailored to you. I work integratively, drawing on different therapeutic methods to suit your unique needs- whether your a young person finding your way or an adult ready for change.

I work with children, young people and adults who maybe experiencing anxiety, low moods, stress, family or relationship difficulties or simply feeling stuck. I offer a safe and supportive safe from my cabin in my garden or online. Together we can make sense of what your going through, building on strength and strategies that feel manageable .

Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, but you don't have to do it alone. Whatever you are facing, there is space here for you to be heard and supported at your own pace.
