Whether you're a young person trying to make sense of the world, a parent navigating family challenges, or an adult looking to reconnect with your sense of self, I welcome you to get in touch.
I’m BACP-registered with over a decade of experience across a wide range of settings including schools, residential homes, and mental health services. I offer a warm, inclusive space for young people, families, and adults to explore whatever feels heavy, complicated, or unclear. Based in Sussex and online across the UK, I provide relational therapy that sees the human first, rooted in safety and connection.
Sessions are shaped by your pace and your goals, I use a blend of talking therapy, coaching techniques, and creative tools depending on what feels right for you. I aim to offer a space where you or your child can show up without pressure or judgement and explore what’s going on beneath the surface and my experience allows me to tailor my approach.
I offer a free 30-minute initial session to give us a chance to connect and for you to get a feel for how I work. There’s no pressure, it’s simply a space for us to meet, for you to ask any questions you might have, and for us to explore whether I’m the right person to support you on your therapy journey.
